Angelica archangelica (Garden Angelica) is a tall, aromatic biennial herb in the Apiaceae family, native to northern Europe and parts of Asia. It thrives in moist, shaded environments and can reach heights of 1.5 to 2 meters. The plant features large, globular umbels of greenish-white flowers and is known for its licorice-like aroma.
